For out-of-state (outside Florida) Clients, the Microcapture crew has the flexibility to travel within the United States Territory to cover the requested event. Depending on the videography service selected, a cost share between the client and Microcapture for fare and lodging may apply.
For Florida Clients located 75 miles from West Palm Beach, Florida, a mobilization fee may apply (ex. gas).
We need at least 2 months in advance notice if you choose Microcapture to cover your Event, otherwise, we won't be able to guarantee an open slot.
Our guarantee is high quality of workmanship & creative editing that only the few can surpass.
Basic Videography Service I: $600.00
- One (1) videographer, one (1) professional video camera, one (1) standalone backup video camera.
- Arrives onsite one (1) hour in advance prior to the event start time.
- Four (4) hours onsite coverage (the event to be covered should take place within the 4 hour span, ex. from 7-11pm).
- A standby/remobilization fee of $50 will be applied if the event will not take place within the 4 hour span.
- For wedding: may only cover the ceremony and reception.
- One (1) hour fully edited HD/HQ video.
- Two DVD copies fully labeled.

- Contains the full edited video coverage of the main event programs in the final DVD (max of 2 hrs).
- Client should request this service in advance.
Audio-Visual Presentation with Voiceover/Narration: $200.00
- Just like a reality TV style editing.
- A person is selected to narate the event or tell stories about the celebrant.
- Can be a family interview or well wishes from family and friends.
- Can be shown during the event.
- Maximum of 10 person and 12 minutes runtime.
Family, Friends, and Guest Interview during the Event: $50.00
- Maximum of 15 person
Extend videographer onsite hour: $75.00 per hour.
- If client decides to extend onsite video coverage.
Unedited DVD Master Copy: $300.00
- Contains raw videos from the event coverage taken by all video cameras used onsite.
Picture Slide Show: $75.00
- Maximum of 50 pictures
- One (1) Song.
- DVD Quality.
Extra DVD Copy: $15.00
